Numbers is puzzle game, originally from a TV-quiz 'Letters and Numbers' between two competitors, but you can play it with any number of people.
Six numbers are pulled from the set 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100. Some may occur twice. Also, a random larger 3-digit number is generated, this is the target number.
The target of the game is, by adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing the six numbers, to reach the target number. Each intermediate result should be a postitive whole number. You may use any of the 6 numbers you wish, but only once!
Negotiate for a maximum puzzle time, e.g. with an hour glass or stopwatch. The one who has the first perfect solution is the winner. When no-one has e perfect solution, the closest solution wins.
Here you can get new puzzles with the Random button, you can also edit it manually. The 'Solve!'-button shows the computer-solution.
